very interesting style
great use of color and everything, and real nice use of voice.
the lips go outta sync a few times, and some parts are just a little wierd. but neat take on things and cool look. good work.

Not bad.
The animation was solid, and the camera angles looked great. I wasn't very impressed by the backgrounds because many of them looked too quick and sloppy in spots.
the music was well picked and the looks of the characters was all right, although sometimes you simplified animations too much with some far-shots with the camera.
i liked the feel and pace of it, and the dragon-something that he flew into was a nice touch.
overall, i like it, although i'd like to see you improve with a 2 color shading style and perhaps some more detailed backdrops.
good work, but can be betterm although i always appreciate the time and effort fbf takes.
a 4 out of 5
thanks for the feedback (8
excellent.
some wonderfully smooth animation coupled with some cute little anime characters. cool lookin ones too.
music went great and it looks like a lot of effort went into this. although i'd like to see some more colors, this was really well done.
no major errors i saw.
keep it up, i liked it!
HA HA.
That was pretty funny. and although you stole a lot, A LOT of shit from sexy losers, it's still funny, because SL is always just that sick, textual, sexual funny.
coulda used more animation aspects, and maybe some better drawn secondary characters! agh! tween!
but rip buzz bunny a new asshole, bastard.
good stuff.
Like it.
The style is wonderful, I love the realism (in some cases) approach to the whole thing. Although the art isn't at it's best, the animation is smooth enough and the voices are neat.
i like the real 'depressed' /stressed look you gave the main character, and the other characters worked out pretty well. I can make assumptions as to where it will go, but it looks like thought and effort and (dare I say?) love.
It was a neat work that i can appreciate since it is a serious genre that has music as a good accomplice.
not quite a masterpiece or a work of art, but it is presented well, the use of voices is great, and i just like all the good/bad possibilities that could come of it. can't wait for more, good one.
ha ha.
that was funny, especially the crybaby reviewes and foamy in a nutshell...
good stuff as always guys. keep em coming.
Hm....
The intro is not bad, and the music as always is well chosen. still, it was a little choppy and thrown together, but overall, the intro works.
the menu screen looks pretty neat, and the music there is good... i would like a less hurried jump to the story, but that's just conjecture.
The animation is undoubtably better in this one, although there are spots of choppy graphics. The text boxes in their presentationw as well done. I would have liked more variety for music, and for the battles, some more fluidity.
Some instances, especialy the ass and gay-on completely ruined the mood, making it difficult to recover the rest of the plot, and the text before meeting the guardia is awkward.
The overdrive attacks are cool, but still some generic sprite looks make it look strange.
The story overall is much improved, although still missing some key elements such as character development, and lack of cliches, but it's not bad.
The abrupt ending was a little lame for me, as the length was below par. However, you should look into different animation techniques and try to limit music to a lower size.
a gallant effort tho, and much improved, which i like to see. unfortunately, it is still lacking in the areas it depends on most, which is story and action. Well done, but i'd look into having an animated fight, programing these will kill file size because you just have a bunch of 'would be, could be' chocies, that if not chosen, are just dead weight.
not bad, but could be better. 4/5
not impressed
if this was going to be funny, this was both very generic, very sloppy, and overall, not something i could see getting this high a score unless it was sprites.
i'm disapointed you place popular demand over quality, something original would have been nice, and perhaps a smoother flow of things. the graphics are in it's truest sense, not urs, and when any of you did do your own, it was ugly at best (luigi and his clouds, yuk)... that in itself proved to me that little effort was taken into consideration for this movie as a whole, in which i was disapointed the most.
c'mon guys! think about your submissions and stive to do better. i've seen little improvement over the months. you better buck up, or else your gonna piss a lotta people off and ruin the good name of sprites. in my mind, it's allready downhill if this continues. try harder, i knwo u guys have some talent and gusto!
2/5
BEAUTIFUL.
I have been searching for such along time for something with such a well written and deep story. this interests me very much as it seems in a literary sense, you guys got your feet on the ground. the art was fantastic in this one, and the music fits the mood quite well. the portrayl (sp) of emotions and of the whole plot was fantastic as well.
very excellent work, some of that sloppy image stuff in there, and the rotated picture early on was a little weird, but other than that (to me) a flawless work for it's particular feild. well done.
ha.
i was wondering when u'd be back on the scene. your site is so 'unupdated' (so to speak) that i feared we'd never see mcfretN again.
not too much of a plot, and some animation techniques i spotted were pretty cheesy.
overall, still very good and i enjoyed the excellent shooting effects, although the explosions are 'so' CI2.
well done.
I've been coming to Newgrounds since about 1997, when the best score was 3.63 (fun fact). Things sure have changed since then. I used to animate...but I probably won't anymore. I revisit sporadically. I left my crap up here as a way to look at the past.
